5. CHOOSING AN AGENT - Learn how to choose the “Right Agent for You”. Learn what expectations you should have with an agent (Buyer’s or Seller’s) and learn what they will expect of you.

7. WHERE TO LOOK – We will share with you a list of the most popular and user friendly real estate websites out on the web. Whether you want to search locally or nationwide.

8. BANK OWNED / SHORT SALES – Learn the difference in buying a Bank Owner (REO) Property versus a Short Sale Listing. Learn how to structure and offer to protect your interest and get yourself a great deal.

9. WRITING AN OFFER – Learn the basics of writing and offer and what to expect. Learn whether you need a deposit. Learn how to re-negotiate if issues are discovered, etc.

10. CLOSING – Now that your offer is accepted learn what the next steps are. What you need to know and what “pit falls” you might encounter along the way.
